9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance

See below for ways in which you can join the "I WILL" Tribute.

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, a moment that through tragedy brought together cultures, bridged differences and united citizens of goodwill around the world in a spirit of unity and commitment.

In tribute to all of those who were lost, and the tens of thousands who rose in service, 9/11 has been designated as a National Day of Service and Remembrance. In support of 9/11, the Maroon Volunteer Center has partnered with Volunteer Starkville to offer students, faculty, staff, and members of the community ways in which they can take part in the "I WILL" Tribute Movement and pledge their Service to State and to their Country.

See below on ways that you can get involved. For more information on the events listed or to have your own event listed on this page, please email volunteer@saffairs.msstate.edu.
